Everyone wants to be successful. However no one does their research. ! I suggest everyone that is really serious on being an entrepreneur, to read up books & interviews on millionaires, businessmen, & CEO's. Just there stories alone are inspiring. ! My mind set is that, nearly every successful businessman / business woman, was once a normal person with dreams, just like me. ! They got to where they are with perseverance and ambition.

For example, one person I always refer to is Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. Now I may not be a huge fan of his music, BUT I respect him a lot for his hustle. He came from south side Jamaica, Queens (where I was born & raised) to sitting on top of an empire.! All made possible with ambition & determination. He never gave up, no matter how many times he was denied. Now if that's not motivation, i dont know what is. ! Even Soulja Boy is a motivational story, YES, Soulja Boy. A lot of people may hate his music, but you HAVE to respect his hustle. He got famous off a you tube video and paved his OWN path to success. ! What makes it more motivational is that, he's our age & he's already a millionaire. All due to his AMBITION.

All these huge Entrepreneurs (Diddy, Jay-z, Oprah, Bill Gates, etc) all came in this world as regular people. They all made it, through there hunger for wanting to make it. Jay coming from Marcy Projects in Brooklyn, NY. A real rag to riches story. He had it worse then I do & made it. So what makes you think that you can't dream big !? When people ask me, where do I see myself in 10 years I always reply confident. On our Lipstick & Labels company yacht, L&L highly successful in inspiring and the start of a new culture, & surrounded by loved ones. Now the yacht thing sounds a bit far fetch for some of you right ? If it does, your most likely a person that's afraid to dream big. ! Stop holding back. ! Anything is possible. !! Even the word IMPOSSIBLE says IM POSSIBLE.

Demetrius is a GREAT friend & supporter of Lipstick & Labels. I have gotten the opportunity to get to know him personally over the past couple of years, & I can honestly say that he is an AMAZING person. Filled with drive, passion, perseverance, & positive energy. We had so many differences, but ONE thing we had in common was our passion. His for basketball...mine for fashion. We have always supported each other, & even though we aren't as close as we used to be.. I will know we will ALWAYS support each other. Lipstick & Labels is a proud supporter & can't wait to go to get footage on his NBA games ;).

There will always be haters, that's the way it is. Hater (Guys), marry hater bxtches & have hater kids. But they're gunna have to take my life before they take my drive. Cause when I was barely living, that's what kept me alive. _K. West.

Definition of a Hater; A person that simply cannot be happy for another person's success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person. 

Hating, the result of being a hater, is not exactly jealousy. The hater doesnt really want to be the person he or she hates, rather the hater wants to knock somelse down a notch.

The higher you get in life, the more hate you get. It comes with success. If you wonder why you have SO much negative people (Haters)..it's MOST likely because your doing something RIGHT. The GREATEST always have the most HATERS. (Ex; Kanye West, Jay-Z, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, etc.) Which is why in order to survive at the top.. you MUST be strong and use the hate as fuel to push you even harder. Once you attain that power, you'll be just fine.

Another thing that comes with success that you will notice, is people that never spoke to you before, will now begin to show interest in you and you life. This is what we call a fake person. They don't want to be friends with YOU, nor do they care about you. They simply want your friendship for the attributes that you have worked hard for. They want to leech off of you. You need to learn how to filter these "Fake friends" out from the real ones in any industry. & REMEMBER, these industries are very small.. People know people. So don't start something where dirt can get thrown on your name. You NEVER know when you will be working with that person again. So always leave, working with someone or somewhere, on a good note. No matter how much you don't like them. At the end of the day it's about your success.

We will see ALL of you brilliant individuals at the top. !!

Lipstick & Labels is ALL about INSPIRING our generation & bringing each other to SUPPORT each other. This article was inspired for me to write for our LOVELY lady followers. We are in a whole new decade, a decade in which we will under go a huge transformation. If you are apart of my generation, we are going from being a teenager to being an adult pursuing our CAREERS. You ladies need to know your worth & carry yourselves with respect. Always think back to the saying, "In order to GAIN respect, one must respect THEMSELVES first". Always LOVE yourself before anyone else. The women body is SO amazing & powerful. I don't know about you, but the fact that our bodies can produce a whole new LIFE in 9 months is absolutely a blessing & nothing less than beautiful.  Another thing, girls are SO quick to judge and call other girls "Ugly" or "Fat".. all these negative labels. Everyone is beautiful in there OWN way, shape or form. Everyone has there own talent. Everyone has there own opinions. This is what we all need to come TOGETHER and realize. That EVERYONE is different, and just because someone is not like me or you doesn't make them any less of an individual. So STOP JUDGING & START SUPPORTING. ! You can be the most GORGEOUS person on the outside, but if your negative and stuck up.. It instantly makes you the ugliest person in the room.

Now even though Lipstick & Labels loves to support ALL young ladies, One type of female we will NOT respect are the ones that DON'T respect themselves. That look for drama, live for it, strive for attention, guy thirsty.. If you display ANY of these traits, I HIGHLY suggest that you re-evaluate your life & your surroundings. It's not too late to turn your life around. You DON'T have to use your body or SEX to get a guy to like you. A REAL man likes a lady with a good head on her shoulders, that carries herself as a young WOMAN. No REAL man will want anything to do with a female of such negative characteristics. Besides for sex, if even that. 

Every girl has the opportunity to be a QUEEN. And every girl deserves to have a KING. However if you don't Carry yourself as a QUEEN .. You will be treated by guys as a peasant.

I always have & always will stress this saying to L&L readers, because I want YOU guys to have the best knowledge & outlook on life.

Don't live life chasing MONEY. & Do NOT live your life chasing guys/girls. Live your life chasing your DREAMS & Aspirations & the other two. ? WILL fall into place over time. Surround yourself with positivity & positive things WILL happen to you.

PS; If you felt ANY type of way reading this article, Please see this as not L&L Judging you.. We're just trying to help you. Help young ladies be ALL they can be, to there fullest potentials. PLEASE, re-evaluate your life.. Less DRAMA !!  & DONT FORGET ! You do NOT need to use sex for a guy to like you & If you do.. I can assure you, that is not a REAL man. Treat your body as you would treat a pair of Christian Louboutins, I know you wouldn't just throw it around & have everyone wearing them. !! haha.A new decade.. Make some POSITIVE drastic changes. :)

DREAM BIG !

People are often scared to dream big. DON'T hold back ! I feel that god gave every single person on this earth a talent. That is the gift he has given us, & it is up to us what we want to do with it. Now I feel the best thing to do with it, is to PURSUE it. Make it into your career, your business. Besides, how would you feel if you gave someone a gift & they NEVER use it ? Instead they just go and buy a substitute !? By substitute I mean those that have a passion for Music, Fashion, Drawing, Dancing, Sports ETC ETC.. yet there doing accounting ? or nursing ? I ask why, and it's usually because of fear or because of the MONEY. That's we're there living all wrong. Because life shouldn't be about chasing MONEY or chasing Guys/Girls or all that. It should all be about chasing your DREAMS. Once you chase your dreams, the other two (money & "love") will fall in place effortlessly over time. BELIEVE ME. Yes, it's scary to take a leap & Go for something !Yes, these industries are not GUARANTEE to make it, BUT with AMBITION & DETERMINATION ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. ! 

ANYTHING WORTH HAVING IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR !

Follow your PASSION & what makes YOU HAPPY ! No one else ! Not for you parents, Not for your family, Not for you friends, Nothing or no one else but YOURSELF ! Once you attain that confidence, that "This is GOING to happen for me" type of confidence.. You'll be JUST fine !
