Everyone wants to be successful. However no one does their research. ! I suggest everyone that is really serious on being an entrepreneur, to read up books & interviews on millionaires, businessmen, & CEO's. Just there stories alone are inspiring. ! My mind set is that, nearly every successful businessman / business woman, was once a normal person with dreams, just like me. ! They got to where they are with perseverance and ambition.

For example, one person I always refer to is Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. Now I may not be a huge fan of his music, BUT I respect him a lot for his hustle. He came from south side Jamaica, Queens (where I was born & raised) to sitting on top of an empire.! All made possible with ambition & determination. He never gave up, no matter how many times he was denied. Now if that's not motivation, i dont know what is. ! Even Soulja Boy is a motivational story, YES, Soulja Boy. A lot of people may hate his music, but you HAVE to respect his hustle. He got famous off a you tube video and paved his OWN path to success. ! What makes it more motivational is that, he's our age & he's already a millionaire. All due to his AMBITION.

All these huge Entrepreneurs (Diddy, Jay-z, Oprah, Bill Gates, etc) all came in this world as regular people. They all made it, through there hunger for wanting to make it. Jay coming from Marcy Projects in Brooklyn, NY. A real rag to riches story. He had it worse then I do & made it. So what makes you think that you can't dream big !? When people ask me, where do I see myself in 10 years I always reply confident. On our Lipstick & Labels company yacht, L&L highly successful in inspiring and the start of a new culture, & surrounded by loved ones. Now the yacht thing sounds a bit far fetch for some of you right ? If it does, your most likely a person that's afraid to dream big. ! Stop holding back. ! Anything is possible. !! Even the word IMPOSSIBLE says IM POSSIBLE.

DREAM BIG !

People are often scared to dream big. DON'T hold back ! I feel that god gave every single person on this earth a talent. That is the gift he has given us, & it is up to us what we want to do with it. Now I feel the best thing to do with it, is to PURSUE it. Make it into your career, your business. Besides, how would you feel if you gave someone a gift & they NEVER use it ? Instead they just go and buy a substitute !? By substitute I mean those that have a passion for Music, Fashion, Drawing, Dancing, Sports ETC ETC.. yet there doing accounting ? or nursing ? I ask why, and it's usually because of fear or because of the MONEY. That's we're there living all wrong. Because life shouldn't be about chasing MONEY or chasing Guys/Girls or all that. It should all be about chasing your DREAMS. Once you chase your dreams, the other two (money & "love") will fall in place effortlessly over time. BELIEVE ME. Yes, it's scary to take a leap & Go for something !Yes, these industries are not GUARANTEE to make it, BUT with AMBITION & DETERMINATION ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. ! 

ANYTHING WORTH HAVING IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR !

Follow your PASSION & what makes YOU HAPPY ! No one else ! Not for you parents, Not for your family, Not for you friends, Nothing or no one else but YOURSELF ! Once you attain that confidence, that "This is GOING to happen for me" type of confidence.. You'll be JUST fine !

My New Internship !

So congrats to me attaining my 4th internship  ! Which I am very proud of myself for. If you don't take pride, who will ?? I've been Priveleged to intern for WWD (Womans Wear Daily), VIBE Magazine & Fashion Week Bryant Park F/W 09. Now I want to try something new.  This internship is for an event coordinating agency in NYC, Not just ANY.. But working with a guy that has ran some of the TOP NY hot spots such as Mansion NY, & Now Greenhouse, An Eco-Friendly Club with a huge buzz right now  (Located on Varick & Vandam). From Jan '10- May '10 I will be an event intern assisting in putting together events, Not JUST for greenhouse, but for many other event that the agency promotes. ! Exciting ?! I knoww. Kind of reminds me of Heidi from the Hills ! llol. 

The last huge event they threw at Greenhouse, was a release party for Chris Brown. They also had one for Rihanna. I Feel, even though this isn't in the Fashion industry exactly, me being young.. I need to explore & widen my experience beyondd fashion. Event coordinating deals with the fashion & Music industry & much more. Don't keep your vision Narrow. Widen it to try new things ! I can just IMAGINE the amount of people i'm going to meet. Can't wait ! I'll keep you guys posted ! x & o's

California Dreams. . .

Ok, i've decides. In 3 years i find myself attending FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandise) in the heart of Cali. No questions. I want to do something drastic with my life. I need a new surrounding, new people, new lifetsyle, new music, new fashion, new shopping scenes, new everything.! The west coast... Sure it will be scary. I mean, to go across country, away from alll your friends and family & know absolutley no one. well, I'm a good socializer, so i'll be good. I love to meet new people. Especially those of which share the same interest as mine. I would love to get an internship there for some great designer in LA, or get a job doing PR (Public Relations) for a huge designer. Public Relations are the people that handle all the samples, and help coordinate the shows, events, styling, etc. etc. DREAM JOB! lol. Thats probably why I absolutelyy love the HILLS !! soo much !! lol. Lauren Conrad lives the life I want to live, (Hold the drama) lol..had enough of that myself. Cali Bound, Attends FIDM, works in PR & Lives the social life! I just want to have the experience and knowledge of fashion on both sides of the country. EAST & WEST coast. =) Two completley different lifestyles..and how many of us can say we've experienced both ?.. I want to be one of those people. Once, that goal and chapter is closed...on to PARIS =) I'm trynna BLOW UP people !! I'm trying to make it that when you hear my name.. Samantha Phagu (Silent 'H' lmao)...you know exactlyyy who there talking bout. your gunna remember my name & you can quote me on that =)

My Inspiration Walls ((=

My Bedroom is my fave place because you can walk in and instantly get a clear idea of what im about. Its purple & red Inspired by the 2007 Gucci Collection. I have inspiration walls which keep me motivated every morning when i wake up; & before i go to sleep. Tell me its not dope.! haha

I love interior designing as well (= lol. i believe that if you design your bedroom good enough; it should give you that push you need to go out in the world every morning. & it should remind you what your striving for. Even though right now i cant afford all the Louis, Chanel, Victor & Rolf, Just being surrounded by it can push me to one day be able to have my closet filled with the designers i look up to, even maybe one day meet them (well of course the ones still living), ORRR maybe evenn one day working for one of them (=
